演講主題：Deep Learning in Statistics and Biomedical Data Science
摘要:In this seminar, I will talk about the different
perspectives between tranditional statistical modeling approaches and from
machine learning approaches, their pros and cons. After that I will
describe a few deep learning examples in the medical literature. At the
end, as another example, I will present our ongoing work on deep learning
prediction of chromatin conformation intensity using low-depth Hi-C data.
