为鼓励年轻學者在各领域的研究與发展，配合优质研究基础建设之建构，以营造有利的研究环境，厚植研发人才培育并达到留才之目的，拟订定本活动。

☆壁报展覽/Poster Exhibition☆
◆本次增设「海报人气奖」
◆投稿资格：欢迎本校博後、研究人员、碩博士生及大专生踊跃投稿!!
◆壁报展覽报名及档案缴交截止日：114/01/22（三） 17:00 pm前
◆投票时间：当天中場休息至海报展示区进行投票。
◆计票原則：與会者每人1票，时间截止後立即由工作人员进行票数统计。
◆奖励机制：参展海报进行初审後择优参展，以现場展出海报为投票标的，依每篇参展作品获得之总票数最高者取1~3名获奖（获颁奖金及奖状乙纸），并于综合座谈时现場进行颁奖（得奖者须在现場领奖，无会後补发，得奖名次依序递补）。
☆Poster Exhibition☆
◆In order to promote academic research exchanges and encourage the publication of research results, a Hot Poster Award” was added.
◆Application criterion: postdocs, researchers, masters and doctoral students, and college students.
◆Poster exhibition registration & file submission deadline: 17:00 of Wednesday , 22nd Jan., 2025.
◆How to vote: On the Tea Break, votes will be held in the poster exhibition area. You can get one ballot, The voting time will be from 12:00 on May 12 to 2:00 pm. After 2:00, the staff will count the votes uniformly.
◆Reward mechanism: After a preliminary review of participating posters, the best ones will be selected to participate in the exhibition. Posters on site will be used as the voting targets. The 1 to 3 winners with the highest total number of votes for each exhibited work will be awarded （received with a bonus and a certificate）, and in the discussion time awards will be given （winners must receive their awards on-site, there will be no re-issues after the meeting, and the winners will be filled in order）.
