标题Webnar Testing info.
内容The meeting is scheduled for Jan 24th – Feb 1st, from 10am to 10pm EDT. Immediately below you will find 4 quick steps as part of the testing:

1. Click the WebEx meeting link

2. WebEx will initiate and ask you to you either allow or deny the java application; click ‘allow’.

3. Test audio (WebEx prompts for audio conference; under ‘Use computer for Audio’ click ‘Test speaker/microphone”)

WebEx will also allow you to use your telephone for audio as an option. This option is fine if you do not wish to use your computer.
4. Test video (click on the camera icon located next to your name in participant window on right)
