WebEx will initiate and ask you to you either allow or deny the java application; click ‘allow’. 3. Test audio (WebEx prompts for audio conference; under ‘Use computer for Audio’ click ‘Test speaker/microphone”) WebEx will also allow you to use your telephone for audio as an option. This option is fine if you do not wish to use your computer. 4.
