  • Presentation Title:
AI-Driven Precision Exercise: Personalized Health Management in the Era of Smart Healthcare

  • Abstract:
With the rapid development of precision health and smart healthcare, exercise has increasingly become a key strategy in preventive medicine and health management. This presentation introduces an AI decision engine–based precision exercise training system, demonstrating how exercise data, physiological monitoring, and artificial intelligence algorithms can be integrated to establish personalized exercise models and deliver precise exercise prescriptions. Through real-time analysis of physiological indicators such as heart rate and exercise performance, the AI dynamically adjusts training intensity and workout programs. By integrating smart exercise devices, the system forms a physiological–physical closed-loop training framework, enabling safer, more effective, and personalized exercise training. Driven by AI decision-making and data analytics, this system offers an innovative sports technology solution for precision health management and smart healthcare applications.
