| Introduction | 隨著奈米科技的全球化發展，奈米技術已逐漸應用於食品工業，尤其是包裝、加工方法與新產品的開發，不僅影響生產製程，並影響消費者的健康與消費行為，而奈米食品之安全性也成為全球觀注的議題。\r\n本次研討會邀請優秀國內外講者，國內講者康照洲教授與台灣大學陳惠文副教授、國外講者Hongda Chen(USA)、Vasco Teixeira (PORTUGAL)與Nakajima Mitsutoshi (Japan)，藉此了解國內外對於奈米食品相關研究與法規。\r\n |
