陈怡光 总召集人
被媒体称为「自學教父」的陈爸─陈怡光─是美国西雅图華盛顿大學MBA 及国際研究双碩士，曾任职于歐洲最大的通訊传播顾问公司及台湾的法律事务所担任资深顾问，目前服务于医療器材公司担任董事。
陈爸从2007年起成立保障教育选择权联盟，在网络上邀约自學家庭每月一日一起出门共游，除了让孩子们有机会和同儕互动之外，也给全年无休的自學家长一个喘息时间。
除此之外，陈爸也在2008年起透过网络召集全国自學家庭，以一人一信和上街头的方式向政府陈情，促使立法院和教育部通过多项保障自學學生享有平等受教权的法案，让合法申请的自學學生能有完整的升學进路，从小學一年级适性學習到高中三年级，成为12年国教的先行者。
陈爸育有15岁的女儿和10岁的儿子，两人都是从幼稚园大班开始自學至今。陈爸目前受聘为教育部十二年国民基本教育谘询会委员，宜蘭縣政府非學校型态实验教育审议会委员及民间智库和文教基金会的顾问，着有商周出版的《我家就是国際學校》一書。
