陳怡光 總召集人
被媒體稱為「自學教父」的陳爸─陳怡光─是美國西雅圖華盛頓大學MBA 暨國際研究雙碩士，曾任職於歐洲最大的通訊傳播顧問公司及臺灣的法律事務所擔任資深顧問，目前服務於醫療器材公司擔任董事。
陳爸從2007年起成立保障教育選擇權聯盟，在網路上邀約自學家庭每月一日一起出門共遊，除了讓孩子們有機會和同儕互動之外，也給全年無休的自學家長一個喘息時間。
除此之外，陳爸也在2008年起透過網路召集全國自學家庭，以一人一信和上街頭的方式向政府陳情，促使立法院和教育部通過多項保障自學學生享有平等受教權的法案，讓合法申請的自學學生能有完整的升學進路，從小學一年級適性學習到高中三年級，成為12年國教的先行者。
陳爸育有15歲的女兒和10歲的兒子，兩人都是從幼稚園大班開始自學至今。陳爸目前受聘為教育部十二年國民基本教育諮詢會委員，宜蘭縣政府非學校型態實驗教育審議會委員及民間智庫和文教基金會的顧問，著有商周出版的《我家就是國際學校》一書。

（1）中藥藥理研究：抗癌及輔助療法，抗發炎，抗胃潰瘍及關節炎之預防與治療。
（2）中藥標準化研究：中藥指標成分分離純化流程及中藥炮製法。
