On behalf of Taipei Medical University (TMU), we are delighted to welcome you to participate in the coming conference of “2015 International Conference
on Advanced Translational Research in Food Science, Environmental Toxicology and Cancer Biology” which will be held on August 2, 2015 at Taipei Medical University (TMU), Taipei, Taiwan.

Recently, food safety issues and environmental toxicants have frequently caused health hazards that have heavily affected the general population. In particular, chronic diseases such as cancer have become the leading causes of human death in Taiwan. The general populace is becoming increasingly concerned about how human health is correlated with food safety and environmental factors; this subject has also become an important and urgent research topic among academics. The conference will be a forum for food science, cancer medicine and environmental toxicology from universities and research institutes around the world to exchange and discuss their recent discoveries and most updated scientific information. There will be three themes for this conference, including Translational Research in Food Science, Environmental Toxicology, and Cancer Research.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to all, and poster presenters to share with us the recent progress of their research and medical applications in this fast growing fields at this meeting. This conference will be a rare, high-level international academic feast. I hope that the work presented at this meeting will bring you recent advances in food science, environmental toxicology and cancer research, and that each one of you will find the lectures at this meeting useful to your future research.
