The joint conference on medical informatics in Taiwan 2016 (JCMIT 2016) will be held in Taipei, Taiwan, June 11 to 12, 2016, and will provide a unified communication platform for researchers from medical informatics. Professionals from medical, information technology, academia and government are encouraged to discuss in the related fields. This conference enables interdisciplinary collaboration between science and engineering technologists in both academic and industrial fields as well as networking internationally. During the conference, there will be substantial time for presentation and discussion. Attendees will find various activities useful in bringing together a diverse group of medical personnel and technologists from across disciplines for the generation of new ideas and collaboration potential. * 3-6 excellent papers (written in English) selected in JCMIT2016 will be recommended to be published on the COMPUT METH PROG BIO journal (SCI) after an additional fast review process. * 3-6 excellent papers (written in Chinese) selected in JCMIT2016 will be recommended to be published on the Journal of Taiwan Association for Medical Informatics after an additional fast review process. Technical papers on the aspects related to (but not limited to) those in the topics of interest are invited for oral presentation. Length of the full paper is limited within 4~6 pages.
